Daddy decided to clip my nails tonight. I tried to tell him it was a bad idea, but he wouldn't listen.
He persisted and ultimately clipped my thumb off instead of my nail. It hurt so bad I cried! He and Mommy were on the verge of crying with me. Maybe they'll listen next time I attempt to convince them that nail cutting is a bad idea.
Mommy went back to work today. We were apart for 10 hours. She said her heart ached all day. She couldn't stop kissing me when she got home. . .
My Daddy is so much fun! He flies me around saying "Super Jonah!"

Oh that's heartbreaking!! Poor Allen, I remember the first time I did that to Briley. It was her thumb too and it bled so bad. I just held her and cried too, it was absolutely awful. Tell Allen it gets better, he'll become a pro in no time, but unfortunately practice makes perfect.
