Jonah has become quite the King James theologian lately, repeatedly using the word "Thou" in conversation, and he FiNaLLY (1 year, 1 week, and 3 days after his birth) said "Mom"! I've been practically begging him to say "Mom/Mama/Mommy" (even just make an "M" sound) every since he started playing with sounds. Needless to say, the evening of March 18th (in Barnes and Noble bookstore) was a joyous one for me as Jonah said "Mom" for the first time. . . over and over and over!
What did we do before God graced our lives with this beautiful baby boy?! It's impossible to articulate the sense of awe and wonder evoked in our souls as we watch him grow.
As you can tell by our videos, Jonah and Daddy spend lots of after bath time discussing the new words of the day. I love seeing them interact. . .
